Software Update: DragonSpeak Constructor 1.2.4

This has been sitting for entirely too long, and for that I apologize. However, I hope you'll all be interested in the changes... and fixes, of which this has several.

===1.2.4 Changelog===
Added: Variable window now shows counts for both normal and string variables
Added: Variable window now displays array defines as the DS compiler sees them
Added: Variable window now displays total used variable array entries
Added: DS Line counter now scans only the selection if text is selected.
Added: Selection character length display, "Sel: " on the statusbar.
Modified: Replace All button now DOES actually replace all occurrences, not just below the current selected point.
Modified: Minor code cleanup
Fixed: Variable list readouts not quite clearing as intended on loading a new file
Fixed: DS Wizard: Fix wordwrapping in description display.
Fixed: DS Wizard: Fix text not autohighlighting in variable entry
Fixed: Section addition no longer lets you add all-spaces sections. They're easily stripped by mistake.
Recommend usage of "---" or "===" or something similar for breaks instead.
Fixed: Accidental message reuse with section adding/renaming.
Fixed: Code-completion growth bug on Vista+
